Prosedure

HOLY SOTO


Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
1 chicken, cut into 4 parts
2000 ml of water
3 bay leaves                 
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, take the white, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
5 teaspoons of salt
1 block of chicken broth
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing


Subtle Seasonings:
8 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Supplementary Material:
4 tablespoons garlic fries
150 grams of bean sprouts
3 stalks celery, finely sliced
3 pieces of lime
4 teaspoons soy sauce


How to make:
1. Boil chicken in water until boiling. Measure 1800 ml of water broth. Bring to a boil again.
2. Heat the oil. Saute the spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
3. Pour the chicken stew. Add salt, chicken broth, and sugar. Cook until done. Remove the chicken. Shredded-shredded chicken. Set aside
4. Serve with sauce and shredded chicken appendages.
